The Virginia Summer Institute for Addiction Studies (VSIAS) would like to extend this invitation for you to exhibit at its 21st year in Historic Williamsburg, Virginia, July 17 – 20, 2022.
The Institute provides an excellent marketing opportunity in the setting of Historic Williamsburg, Virginia. The conference will be held at the Woodlands Hotel & Suites, one of the deluxe Colonial Williamsburg properties. This means added convenience for you and our participants. Comfortable guest rooms, adjacent meeting space, complimentary parking, and accessible internet, restaurant for dining in the hotel, and many more restaurants a short distance away, make the Woodlands Hotel & Suites an outstanding location for the 18th year of the Virginia Summer Institute.
This Institute is designed for professionals in the field of substance use and co-occurring disorders, who are interested in keeping current on the latest techniques and resources available. Participants come from across the state and nation to attend this conference. This year’s theme is “VSIAS 2022. RESILIENT RECOVERY”.
We hope that you will join us this year; we value your support and strive to make this a successful event for each supporter. All breaks are set-up in the immediate area of the exhibits. There will be time set aside to acknowledge supporters and allow for door prizes.
Exhibit set-up begins Sunday, July 17th, at 6:00 pm.
Exhibit must be clear of their space no later than 6:00 pm, Wednesday, July 20th.
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims, including without limitation, bodily injury and death, arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel’s premises (together “Liabilities”). Exhibitor covenants not to sue and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, and its parent corporation, as well as their respective trustees, directors’ officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all such Liabilities. The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and the Colonial Williamsburg Company are third party beneficiaries of this indemnification.

Lunches
Lunchbox meals are $20 per meal and Awards Luncheon is $30 per meal, and may be purchased at the time of your registration. The Gold Level includes lunches. Please make sure to include this purchase in your selection.
