The Virginia Summer Institute for Addiction Studies (VSIAS) would like to extend this invitation for you to exhibit at its 10th Anniversary Celebrationin Historical Williamsburg, Virginia, July 16th – 17th, 2012.
The Institute provides an excellent marketing opportunity in the beautiful setting of Historic Williamsburg, Virginia. The conference will be held at the Williamsburg Hospitality House. This means added convenience for you and our participants. Comfortable guest rooms, adjacent meeting space, free parking, 415 Grill for lunch and dinner and the Papillon Bistro for breakfast are located in the hotel, and many more restaurants a short distance away, make the Williamsburg Hospitality House an outstanding location for this, the 10th year of the Virginia Summer Institute.
This Institute is designed for professionals in the field of substance abuse and mental health, who are interested in keeping current on the latest techniques and resources available. Participants come from across the state and country to attend this conference. This year’s theme is "Professional Treatment Saves Lives and Money."
We hope that you will join us this year; we value your support and strive to make this a successful event for each sponsor. All breaks are set-up in the immediate area of the exhibits. There will be time set aside to acknowledge exhibitors and allow time for door prizes.

A block of rooms has been reserved; remember to inquire about the Virginia Summer Institute for Addiction Studies state rate, which is $91.00. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10%) in effect at the time of check in. A $2.00 per night occupancy fee will also apply.
Exhibit materials may be shipped to the hotel. Please follow these instructions when shipping to the Williamsburg Hospitality House. Your meeting materials must be clearly marked as follows:

You will also need to ask the hotel about their shipping policies, as the Virginia Summer Institute for Addiction Studies is not responsible for anything you send. Exhibitor set-up begins Sunday evening, July 15th, at 5:00 pm.

This year we are offering you the opportunity to pay by American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa, as well as, you may still pay by check. We cannot guarantee a table for you if you do not register by the May 1, 2012 deadline. You will receive a confirmation once you register. Please make sure you bring this with you to the conference.
