The Williamsburg Hospitality House: Rates are $91.00 Single and Double Occupancy, plus 10% (state and local tax) plus $2/room/night. This rate will be honored two days prior to the conference and two days after the conference based on availability of rooms.
The above rates are State/Federal Per Diem. All rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 10% sales tax (state and local sales taxes combined) and $2.00 per room per night Williamsburg occupancy tax. Taxes are subject to change.
In the event that the state government per diem rises prior to the arrival date, the guest room rate will be adjusted accordingly. In the event that the per diem rate drops prior to the arrival date, the guest room will remain $91.00.
You may make your hotel reservations directly with the Hospitality House (757-229-4020 or 1-800-932-9192). Reference the Virginia Summer Institute for Addiction Studies for the conference rate of $91.00 per night, plus taxes. All reservations must be made by June 15, 2011.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please do not arrive to check-in before 3:00 PM, as the hotel does not have enough space to store everyone’s suitcases and materials.
